Refund policy

We accept returns on US orders within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return: Contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and include your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Return shipping: Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we refund your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing after we receive the item. Items that do not meet the conditions above may be declined or refunded less a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.
